IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION:
The 941-15 is an "Active" cable with Redmere® chipset to enhance HD performance over longer distance. This cable is unidirectional (one direction) and requires that the larger plug be connected to the display device and the smaller plug is to be connected to the source device.

Typically, there will be a removable tag near the larger plug identifying the connection to the display. See picture below.
