The MPC1010 is a digital broadcast platform which can be installed with multiple MPEG-2 HDTV/SDTV encoders which allows for high image quality, high reliability and high cost performance. With encoder IC that provides high-quality MPEG-2 videos, the unit supports both HDTV (1080i and 720p) and SDTV (480i) standards. The MPC1010 complies with the ATSC standard, and includes TS MUX and PSIP generation features, making it ideal for digital terrestrial broadcast systems. In addition to the DVB-ASI output interface, the MPC1010 also includes IP output capability, suiting it for distribution between stations using IP, CATV and IPTV broadcasting, and high-end video surveillance solutions.
